JRS can manage any telecommunications, engineering or building related project while anticipating and mitigating risks and eliminating conflicts of interest as well as providing leading RFP processes for capital equipment purchases, sourcing of qualified materials, equipment and contractors. We can design and prepare blueprints, diagrams, workflows, processes, and other project documentation. JRS possesses extensive knowledge and experience in hiring, training, and motivating staff of union and non-union workers. These may include the creation of a computer room/data center room, recording studio, pre/post studio construction and design of alternative acoustic solutions.
